On November 8, 2025, Eisuke Shimizu, CEO of OUI Inc., was selected as one of the world’s Top 10 Outstanding Young Persons in the Medical Innovation category by JCI TOYP (Ten Outstanding Young Persons of the World). The formal award ceremony was held at the JCI World Congress 2025 in Tunis, Tunisia.
Representing Japan in this year’s JCI TOYP, Eisuke Shimizu is the only Japanese recipient selected in the Medical Innovation category among the global Top 10.
Since its inception in 1938 by the junior chamber organization Junior Chamber International (JCI), JCI TOYP has annually honored ten young individuals who demonstrate outstanding achievement in the areas of societal contribution, innovation, and global impact. Past recipients have included world‐renowned figures such as John F. Kennedy, Bill Clinton, Henry Kissinger, Elvis Presley, Jackie Chan and Wayne Gretzky. The award is internationally recognized as a major accolade celebrating youth leadership and inspiring future global leaders.
During the award ceremony, OUI Inc.’s achievements were presented to attendees from around the world. On stage, in a moment of symbolic pride, he raised the Japanese flag alongside the Japan representative delegation of JCI.
